We purchased a vehicle on Saturday 3/4/17. We ended up with two completely different cut keys to the vehicle. Sunday 3/5/17 the keys that the dealer gave us no longer would start the car. It would lock and unlock the doors but not turn the ignition. I spoke with a David at the lot on Monday and he told me that he had the same issue with the car before we purchased it and it would take him forever to get the key to work. I asked him twice if he was sure that it was the car we purchased that had that problem he said yes. I then asked Jordan Akers about it and he said he had no knowledge of that issue. I said well David seemed adamant about that was an issue. Jordan suggest several things to do including calling Pop a Lock to reprogram the key. I called Pop a Lock and showed him the same keys that Jordan at Fort Auto gave to us when we purchased the car. He asked me twice was I sure that the keys that were given started the car. I said yes they worked fine until Sunday. I spoke with Jordan that very same day and there were choice words between the two of us. I called him from several different phones but I was angry that he could be so dishonest. It is hard to swallow when people take advantage of peoples hard earned money the way that they do. PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!! They are very crooked!

Got the car ....2 important drives b4 Christmas.. unable to get step children there Christmas n present..car still won't start..still unable to get assistance.. still walking ...all after paid over 3,000$ for a vehicle that doesn't start..has ruined Christmas etc..want our $ back!
